Fever Beach

I am a huge fan of Carl Hiaasen books and they are my go to whenever I need a good laugh. He develops characters like no one else and his sense of humor is right up my alley! As always, this story involves a threat to the environment, crooked politicians, hysterical characters, and lots of laughs!

“He was tall and long-necked, with wide-set eyes, a sharp chin, a high-cliffed brow, and jet-black hair spiked sharply in the front. The effect was that of an anime woodpecker in a pinstripe suit.” p24
